Thank you for taking the time to read our updated policies. 

We no longer enter anyone's home. All exams and procedures will take place in the van where only staff will be permitted due to liability reasons. All pets must be brought to the van by the owners. If you do not have a carrier, one can be provided to you. For dogs, we are happy to keep the van door open so you may be present during our exam. For cats, we ask that we close the door to ensure safety of your pet. Due to COVID-19, we appreciate mask wearing and keeping a safe distance during our appointment.

Please allow for a 30 minute arrival window before and after your scheduled appointment. Due to the nature of the business, we try our best but are not always able to arrive exactly on schedule.  If your pet has any previous records, please have them forwarded to us at parkmobilevet@gmail.com. We greatly appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
